The Framework needs to ensure thread safety.  In particular the bundle lifecycle operations need to be thread safe.  This bug is used to track the various thread safety bugs for the 3.5 release.

We plan to address the bundle lifecycle thread issues for 3.5.

Closing as fixed.  We have fixed a number of threading issues for 3.5 and do not plan to fix other threading issues in 3.5.
