Using latest sources from CVS, I created a ReactOS instance with values 5900,127.0.0.1,0. I can start the service, but when I connect the VNC viewer, I get a Null Pointer Exception. Reproducible.

Set debugger to break on NPE.  Problem occurs in VNCViewerServiceHandler.java on line 73.  The NULL pointer is returned from getActiveWorkbenchWindow() because Display.getCurrent == null.
