Steps To Reproduce:
1.The JPA project is selected, and [JPA Tools] > [Generate Entities] is selected from the context menu.
2.The profile is selected with [Connect], the schema is selected, and [Next] is pressed.
3.On the second screen, The source folder of the project that is not the JPA project is input to [Source folder], the check is put in the table, and the [Finish] is pressed.
4.Definition file (persistence.xml) is not generated though the source is generated.

Should not I enable [Source foder] to select only the JPA project?
