Headline:  Long model/file names expand the file menu to the extreme 
 
Description:  
1. Open a new text file with a long file name. 
2. Check the Menu File -> Save As

RESULT: It expands depending on the length of the file name to a size that almost cover the desktop 

EXPECTED: Display limitation to x characters...
