Steps to reproduce:

use jboss server.

1. create ejb project 1.4

2. create a session bean

3. add ejb project to ear (note that export jar works ok)

4. try to deploy the enterprise application.

5. go and check the jar in eclipse temp folder or on server deploy server.

inside the archive are only java files no class files.

Note, I am basically pulling bug# 243727 into 1.5.5 as this will be exposed when bug# 237139 is released to the 1.5.5 patch stream.

Notice that the attached patch also includes the patch for bug# 237139. It only makes sense to apply this patch in the context of bug# 237139, however, that bug has not been released yet to the 1.5.5 patch stream.

I can't apply this patch cleanly to R1_5_5_patches stream ... I guess because I already applied 237139?). 

Please re-create patch against current patches stream ... just so I don't have to guess :)
