o       Implemented. No significant changes expected but we will respond to customer feedback.

	- Task list drag and drop: The task list supports the following transfer types: marker, text.  Tasks and
	problems can be dragged to any OLE component that supports text transfer (such as Microsoft Word),
	to produce a textual task report.  IMarkers can be dragged from the task list to any views that support
	marker dropping (currently none).

The feature is documented as being implemented but it is not.  The Plan should be updated if it will not
be implemented so that it does not end up as part of Eclipse documentaton.

Task list supports text and marker DND/Copy.
Dragging/Copy tasks across workspaces is not supported with current core api.
