Fix to handle SourceElement of type LocalFileStorage

With the fix to Bug 244567 which made the specification of a project/executable optional and ran into this source lookup problem.

When the project is not specified, the DsfSourceDisplayAdapter can now get a SourceElement of type LocalFileStorage.  We were not handling this case.

The attached patch add the logic.
