the user guide has a place-holder that was waiting for the final CVS location of the document.

I'm not sure why this patch is changing all lines in the document.  Could it be that it's due to EOL differences?
In any case, this patch just changes the hyperlink target for the Textile sample.

Can you check if you have *.textile set as ASCII in your Team > File Content preferences?
