Description Robert Elves CLA 2008-08-13 16:24:00 EDT
Request from Tasktop user: "I usually run eclipse with 2 text-editor panes in the middle, and all [...] view widgets (included the task manager) minimized around the edge of my eclipse workspace. When I deactivate a task and then reactivate it, the double-text-editor panes go away, and all files are opened back up in a single pane.

It would be grand if mylyn would remember that fileA was open in the left-hand pane, and fileB was open in the right-hand pane."

I need this feature also urgently. I require not only the restore of more than 2 panes cause I used to work with many panes at each task.
In general the restor must be possible since on restart of the whole eclipse it restores the complete layout including all used panes as well.
