	sdk 122

	1) use the jar packager such that it creates warnings (export with compilation problems)
	2) you get the warning dialog
	3) resize the dialog window.
	4) observe:  the vertical space is distributed 50/50 instead of the warnings list taking up the
		whole newly available space.

	This behavior is in org.eclipse.jface.dialogs.ErrorDialog
	Should be moved to ITPUI

Warning dialog is currrently not resizable on windows. Defer

Dialog is resizable in 2.0 and it resizes as described here. Likely needs some 
layout changes.
