Description Bertrand Ong CLA 2008-08-07 16:33:47 EDT
Build ID: I20080502-0100

Steps To Reproduce:
1.Open the GEF Flow Example
2.Navigate to the first container (Containing the Wake up and /wake up tags)
3.Open JAWS 8.0
4.Try to navigate into the container (ALT+DOWN)

More information:
Possibly being caused because JAWS uses ALT+DOWN as a default reading key.

ok, so what is this the GEF Bug?

> Navigating into containers does not function appropriately. If you try it without JAWS running the behavior is different, it will traverse to the "Hit Snooze Button" item. If JAWS is running it either does nothing or it traverses to the first node, "Sleep"

OK, I can reproduce the issue when JAWS 11 is opened. Given there is no problem if JAWS is not there, there is nothing to fix.

Obviously an application needing to be fully accessible should not choose to use ALT+DOWN if it conflicts with the accessibility tool they are using, like JAWS.
