Jianchao Li has changed employers according to information provided via the portal by the committer.  Please suspend until Legal can gain new paperwork.

Sorry for not updating this bug.  The committer did not respond to my query and as such the suspension remains in play.  I have confirmed that indeed the suspension has taken place via the Unix account so the bug can indeed be closed.
