Cloning bug to track fix in 3.5 stream

+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #234635 +++

The dialog that shows the provisioning plan results doesn't resize well.
The part that shows the details should be resizable without having to resize the whole dialog. A sash form between the first panel (that contains the feature to install) and the details panel would solve this issue.
The panel that contains the features to install or to update is too big.
I can provide screenshots if this is not clear enough.

verified in I20080806-0815, Win XP.
Per bug #234635, the visual feedback for the sash is not that good, since the surrounding controls either do not have borders (the size label) or the border is not on the edge (the details area).

But this is is a start, and we will be revisiting the presentation of size in bug #240055.
