This can be fixed by updating your code to the latest releng template.

Note that the latest releng template is in /cvsroot/modeling/releng-common/templates/ -- you can use either the org.eclipse._PROJECTNAMESPACE_.releng project or the sample project, org.eclipse.pdt.releng. The above patch should work, but you may want to fix other differences too, eg. for packing & signing, as per bug 232778.
