Moving a folder from test to TEST using IResource.move(IPath destination, int 
updateFlags, IProgressMonitor monitor) fails with an error code 4. 
The folder on the file system is in fact renamed to TEST and a refreshFromLocal 
shows it in the workspace.
The same operation works for projects and files.
