Steps To Reproduce:
1. Activate a task
2. Activate Focused UI
3. Edit a Perl file or mark as landmark
-> Nothing in the navigator except for the project name


More information:
In Eclipse v3.2, the navigator / focused UI worked with Perl files. Since upgrading to Ganymede and Mylyn 3.0+, this no longer works at all.

Mylyn is remembering my open editors - reactivating a task will cause the related files to be reopened, but there is nothing in the navigator bar.

The only time it shows anything in the navigator other than the project name is when I edit a .sql file.

This combined with bug 216740, makes the focused UI unusable.
