This seems to be an issue with org.eclipse.ui.views.properties.PropertySheetViewer API page - it doesn't exist, even though PropertySheetViewer is a valid class.

PropertySheetViewer is not public, so I removed the link to its JavaDoc in R3_4_maintenance and HEAD.
