While i appreciate the checkbox "Show only the latest versions of available software" i think the following two things are inconvenient:

selecting/deselection the checkbox mentioned 

- always collapses and expanded tree in the frame above.
This is irritating. I can understand if the node is not there, but if i am on the newest version and select the checkbox the tree should remain.

- always resets a selection i have made in the checkboxes before the tree nodes.
I found it irritating if i selected the newest version, that the checkbox below, always resets my current (possibly correct) selection in the tree above.
