On the EclipseLink platform we need to add support for the Customizer
annotation and its corresponding eclipselink-orm.xml element customizer.
This is supported on Entity, MappedSuperclass, and Embeddable.

Customizer annotation support was added along with a validation error for the customizer class implementing the DescriptorCustomizer interface
