On the EclipseLink platform we need to add support for these annotations and their corresponding orm.xml elements:

entered bug 246120 for orm.xml support, this bug will only cover support for the converter annotations

targetting to M3 since this was not completed in M2.  The only remaining thing is the object type converter conversion values support.

completed the object type converter work in M3

This bug only covered adding the converters support to the attribute mappings.  I will open another bug for adding support at the entity/mapped superclass/embeddable/entity-mappings levels
