1. Team > Apply Patch...
2. Next>
3. Double click a change in 'Patch Contents' tree
4. Collapse the 'Patch options' twisty (it must be expanded when page opens)
Is:
 Additional unnecessary scrollbars appear, and when resizing the wizard the content of the wizard flickers like crazy.
Should:
 Not embed the wizard page content in a scrolled composite.
