The Eclipse Newcomers page http://www.eclipse.org/home/newcomers.php (accessible from the front page) links to the Europa download packages.  Seeing as Ganymede has now been released and many visitors snared by the hype will be visiting the newcomers landing page the links should be updated to the Ganymede equivalents.

We should probably set up a properties file that includes these links so that they can be shared. 

We did something like this with the Europa release to make sure that all the various package "more info" pages all pointed to the right build as new builds came out.

I've updated the links in the interim to point to the Ganymede Packages.

I've replaced the four static links with a link to the main downloads page.  The packages have enough descriptive text that it's not needed here.
