On the EclipseLink platform we need to add support for the 
org.eclipse.persistence.annotations.JoinFetch annotation and
eclipselink-orm.xml join-fetch element.  JoinFetch is supported on
OneToOne, OneToMany, ManyToOne, ManyToMany, BasicCollection, BasicMap mappings.  To support this we will add a combo box with options of Default(Inner), Inner and Outer.
