Build 200209171408

1. Launch several programs under debug so that it fills up the Debug view
2. When all programs are terminated, choose Remove All Termonated
Observe: You can see the programs being removed and the list being updated 
between each removal.

Note I noticed this problem when launching JUnit tests under debug.
