3.4rc3 (this is a regression as it used to work fine in 3.3.2)

1) on the Target Platform preference page, add an additional plug-in location to the target platform using the file system target provisioner
2) check the option "Group plug-ins by location" so it is easier to spot the bug
3) hit the "Reload" button
4) the group for the location added in step 1 is now gone

Fix

Returns the plugin tab to it's earlier behaviour.

Fixed in HEAD and 3.4.1.
