Description Lynne Kues CLA 2001-10-10 22:35:14 EDT
1.	Window-->Preferences-->Plug-in Development
2. In Workspace Location type in a non-existant directory.
3. Go to Windows, create the directory. Note that the Apply button is not enabled.
4. Select another Preference (e.g., Managing). You're told that you have
	invalid values on the page.
5. Browse for the Workspace Location. Actually select the directory you created.
	The IDE still will not allow you to save the data even though the directory does
	exist. The Apply button is not enabled and if you select another Preference item
	you're told you have invalid values.

You can't use the new directory until you exit and re-open the Preferences dialog.

NOTES:
EG (6/5/2001 9:47:37 AM)
	This behaviour is in the preference framework. Moving to ITPUI for consideration
