Eclipse supports pserver, ext, and extssh now but it also needs to 
support 'server' which would mean a built-in rsh client. This is needed 
because there is no rsh client available that works on Windows (the system one 
does cr/lf translation which messes up Eclipse's communication with CVS).

This bug has not been touched in 2 years. Closing as WONTFIX. If you feel this 
bug is important, feel free to reopen it.

Memory is fuzzy on this but obviously we worked around it somehow. Ok to close.
