This is an umbrella bug for enhancements to Debug view.

The debug view view model implementation in DD 1.0 supports common Debug view functionality.  However, for debugging slow targets, it can retrieve too much information too fast which degrades performance.

By most measures the 1.1 release implements the features set out for this umbrella bug.  I've dropped bug 160042 and bug 160044 as they're more of a usability feature than strictly performance.
