As part of the Mylyn 3.0 API refactoring classes were moved to org.eclipse.mylyn.internal.*.deprecated as a intermediate solution for parts of the code base that had not been ported to the new APIs. These classes are not intended as a backwards compatibility layer and will be removed in as part of the 3.x release cycle.

Committed first round of major changes. All internal deprecated classes have been removed from tasks.ui and bugzilla.tests. I have moved some of src-old in org.eclipse.mylyn.

Removed deprecated classes from tasks.core as well. Marking resolved.
