Ejb3ContentProvider.getChildren returns new instance for GroupEJBProvider each time it was invoked. So, it is impossible to get real EJB(Deployment Descriptor) Node in the TreeViewer

There are several bugs regarding this issue.
I made some fixes in all context providers, but the patch is blocked by problems in notifications from web model.
