http://wiki.eclipse.org/ECF_Discovery_API_Bundle needs an overhaul for discovery 2.0

We could use a lot of documentation about discovery...i.e. to aid users with different use cases...e.g. different network topologies, using zeroconf, file-based discovery, and slp (and in combination).   Port settings and other settings, debugging, the discovered services view, etc.
