Description Eric Moffatt CLA 2008-05-28 15:41:19 EDT
As a result of the fix for bug 218197 there are at least two 'stale' strings in WorkbenchMessages.java (and its corresponding messages.properties file:

											WorkbenchMessages.Workspace_problemsTitle
WorkbenchMessages.Workbench_problemsRestoringMsg

We should take a pass over all our strings and remove any that are no longer in use.

We didn't do this as part of the initial fix for safety reasons...

Marking for a look in 3.5

Moving to triage...I'd be more than willing to look at a patch should anyone want to scrape the messages to see which ones are no longer used...

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
