Need to make site actually useful for evangelists.

Add existing presentations to /resources (with links from /evangelism):
- What is Eclipse?
- Anatomy of an Eclipse RCP Application
- Others

Should be able to link to existing Phoenix resources API like /articles page does.

Include link to evangelism mailing list (which Matt has been asked to create).

The page itself has been updated and "What is Eclipse?" is now on the /resources page. Any resource tagged with "Evangelism" will appear on this page. The mailing list as well as a contact alias (evangelism@eclipse.org) have been created.
