Build: 3.4 RC2

1) Add the ganymede update site
2) Ensure "include items that are already installed" is unchecked
3) Select any category, and install everything in the category
4) On restart, open the software updates dialog, and expand the ganymede site

-> The category that was installed is still shown, but it has no children. We should probably omit category nodes for categories with no applicable IUs.

consider post-3.4, there are other related requests involving category queries, such as eliminating duplicates or doing "latest version checking" across categories.
