(Sorry if this is a dupe.)

It seems that the metadata generator is producing invalid mirror URLs. If I look at artifacts.xml and content.xml, I see:

<property name='p2.mirrorsURL' value='http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?file=/modeling/emft/updates/interim/format=xml'/>

which should instead be:

<property name='p2.mirrorsURL' value='http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?file=/modeling/emft/updates/interim/&amp;format=xml'/>

If this is fixed in a newer basebuilder or platform build, please update basebuilder to the newer content, then tag & release it here:

This was fixed in the generator in RC1 (bug 230924). Kim, this is essentially a request to produce a base builder tag that contains this fix.

basebuilder tagged as RC1_34. (I moved to RC1 bundles on Tuesday)
