Steps to reproduce:

- start server running the workbench demo 
- open Internet Explorer and start a workbench demo session
- switch to the planning perspective
- click the jobs with dialog button in the toolbar
- the jobs dialog opens with Buttons that are not high enough

Digging into the problem I found an easy workaround for this issue in ProgressMonitorJobsDialog. 
At line 89 setting the viewerData.heightHint to 1 instead of 0 cure the problem. It seems that composites with zero height are not rendered correctly in IE.

Remove the workaround due to generic fix for bug 299914.
