Steps To Reproduce:
1. Set screen resolution to 1024*768
2. On Windows XP desktop, open "Display Properties" dialog, go to "Appearance" tag, set the windows font-size as "Normal".  Click "Advanced" button, Set font-size of "Message box" as 20.
3. In Eclipse PDE click on Help and then on About. Notice the word "reserved" is cut off. See attachment about.jpg
4. Next click on Feature Details.
5. Notice the copyright line is missising. See attachments

This bug has since been fixed, the about text will wrap. However, see bug 188652 for remaining issues regarding scrolling in the about dialog.
