The project properties page from the packages view is missing the project info
page (path, last modified, read only, etc.).  This page can be found on the project
properties page in the navigator.

	the info page is specific to resources and currently can't be used
	for IJavaElements. The preference should be generalized to support
	object's that have underlying resources. In the same way as we have done
	it for project references and the managing page. Once this is done we
	could contribute the page for IJavaElements.

	Notice, that this one missing feature that makes the Packages view
	not equal with the Navigator. 
	JM has complained about this to.

yes, i'd like to complain as well - to set the read-only flag i actually had to
open the navigator view, find the file and set the flag there.
