Buckminster may provide a ClearCase (UCM) reader type. This might be possible by utilizing the ClearCase team API [1].

This has been discussed on several occasions. ClearCase is a big player in many commercial companies and we are of course interested in providing support for it. ClearCase is however not used in our organization and if I remember correctly, it doesn't come cheap. We would very much appreciate some help implementing this and provide the best support possible for the developer that would do it.
