While I like being able to specify groups for my organized imports, I do not 
like the fact that a newline is inserted between each group of imports.  I'd 
like a preference to be able to suppress the newline between import groups.

This should probably be on the Code Formatter preference page (on the Newlines 
tab) , although it could be argued that it should be on the Organize Imports 
preference page.

Depends on planning if we can do this for 2.1

Chaning state from assigned later to resolved later. Assigned later got 
introduced by the last bug conversion and is not a supported Eclipse bug state.
