If I change the layout of the Java perspective, I expect each new Java perspective that I open
	to have the same layout as the last one.

	Do I have to first save the changes to the perspective?

NOTES:

	KJ - I have since found the "Save as" option... but it seems that window size is not one of the same items.
		I just rearranged my debugger perspective but it doesn't remember the window size.

Defer for 2.0 - It would improve usability to make perspective changes 
immediate (still with the ability to reset to original state just in case the 
user does not like the changes)

We did some initial investigation on this and found that the required changes 
were significant.

There is currently no plan to implement this feature
