to 3.3.2

Now it refers to 3.3.2 when it should be 3.4.

This page was built to be focused on the Europa Release.  I don't plan on updating it as that may cause confusion in terms of the other content thats available from that page.   

AFAIK the only place this page is linked from is http://www.eclipse.org/europa now.
