2.http://wiki.eclipse.org/index.php/CVS_Howto, select Eclipse SDK download. ->
3..http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/

There isn't a way to get the Eclipse source plugins.

I've updated the Wiki page to read, 'get the Eclipse Classic download featured on the downloads page'.  How's that?
