Steps to repro:

1. Install Eclipse I20080429-0100.
2. Help > Software Updates... > Installed Software (tab)
3. Select Eclipse SDK IU
4. Click Properties... (button)
5. Note Coypright and License Agreement are blank

This is because when we are generating metadata we have no place to consume this information from.

I see. Still, seems odd given that you can get some of this information from Help > About...

This is because the information is taken from another place. In fact in the future the about content should be derived from the top level IUs.
I'll see what we can do.
