I noticed today that I could never get the uninstall action to enable when selecting an IU in the profiles view of the admin UI.  This has to do with the fix made for the NPE/profile prompting that I did on Monday.  The UninstallAction should use the element's parent as the profile if it does not have one set in the action itself.  This requires some change on the model element as well, so I want to wait for RC1 to fix it.  This problem does not affect uinstall in the regular UI.

moving all bugs that didn't make RC1 to RC2.
Will triage those and determine when/what will get fixed during this time.

marking RC3.  Not sure I could justify a fix during RC3 but the scenario will be tested during RC2 test pass to see how severe the problem is.

punting the milestone.
Can't justify affecting the enablement code for the uninstall action to fix a bug in the admin UI which does not ship with the SDK.  Marking 3.5 so I will see it early during triage and fix in 3.5 M1.

Fixed in HEAD >20081016.
The necessary model changes had already been made in support of new workflows, etc.
