Hello,
I would suggest to add a new kind of view, in the same concept as the hierarchy 
view ; it could be a reference view.
The goal of this view it to offer a direct view of references of a clas, 
package, project when clicking into one of this kind of type. It is in a 
certain manner the textual correspondance to the UML package/class diagram.
Of course the concept could be extended for implementors.
The interest of such a view is to avoid to do a search.

There is now a call graph view. May be the community can extend this one to 
show dependencies for packages and classes as well.

Chaning state from assigned later to resolved later. Assigned later got 
introduced by the last bug conversion and is not a supported Eclipse bug state.

As of now 'LATER' and 'REMIND' resolutions are no longer supported.
