Currently, the SDK p2 UI doesn't allow the user to proceed with non-OK provisioning plans.  

However we are increasingly using INFO and WARNING statuses to communicate info such as removing optional IU's, etc.  

The UI should instead check for ERROR status and allow INFO and WARNING to go through, as long as this info can be shown in the wizard itself.

Fixed in HEAD >20080423.
The plan validator for the SDK now opens the wizard on any plan status that is not in ERROR.  If it is an ERROR, it checks the preference to see if the wizard should be opened or not.

Once the wizard is open, it will show the status info with matching icon (info, warning, error) at the top, and the detailed multi status info at the bottom.  The user can finish the wizard unless the status is ERROR.

Reopening, this was not fixed completely.

The wizard allows finish but then checks for OK status just before running the operation.  The fix is simple and should go in for M7

fixed in HEAD >20080429.
Verified using the warning status generated in bug #229470 and observing that the wizard tried to continue with the install.
