The bug shows up as follows:
- Start the Workbench Demo
- type in the URL manually as follows http://127.0.0.1:<port>/rap/ or http://127.0.0.1:<port>/rap/foo
  You will see that all images are vanished. If you omit the trailing slash or /foo, everything shows up as normal.
