There are several places in the UI where the user uses a dialog to specify filters:

	1) Click the 'Filter' tool in the Tasks view toolbar.
		Notice that the dialog that comes up says: Show entries of type
		Notice that checked items in the checkbox tree will be *SHOWN*.

	2) Click the little down arrow menu in the Navigator or Packages toolbar, and select Filters...
		Now here, the dialog says: Select filters to apply  (this could be confusing to users - does 'apply' hide or show?)
		And the checked items in the list will be *HIDDEN*.

	It would be more consistent if the Navigator/Packages filter dialog said something like: Show files of type
	and then the user would know that checked items in the checkbox list will be shown.
