I might be missing something obvious here, but how can you make a perspective window
move in front of (cover) a detached view window?
		Here is a usability scenario:
I have my search results in the Java perspective as a detached window. I want to be able to click
on a search result and go back to the code, hiding the search results in the background.
Currently, the search window stays in the front of the z-order, even if it looses focus.

Maybe this should be a Workbench Preference option that the user can select.

Need to explore options here. Several people have complained about this.
